The Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, solution-oriented individual who can balance operational needs with technical product knowledge to oversee the system health and enhancements for a newly implemented and integrated PSA and Accounting system at EZRA. We’re seeking an individual that can translate end-to-end business operations into a an agile product development process. EZRA is proudly part of a much larger Adecco Group ecosystem, whose lines of business are using the same instance of the tool, specifically LHH (EZRA’s parent company). This role is given the opportunity to strengthen and maximize the partnership across our global brands.
The Team
The Operational Excellence (OE) team supports the entire organization and oversees the highest-impact and most complex cross-functional internal projects. Our mission is to establish effective ways of working that empower scalability and achieve business results. OE is responsible for operationalizing innovation, project managing complex projects, and enabling teams and clients to leverage EZRA’s new products and tools The team sits within the largest function at EZRA, Customer Experience & Operations.
This role report will report to the Vice President, Operational Excellence. This role is an Individual Contributor and has no direct reports.
What You’ll Do:
- Governance & Project Management
- Drive efficiency in overall collaboration (meeting cadence, agendas and structure, establish and maintain a process for documenting and circulating meeting summaries, decisions, and takeaway actions)
- Provide visibility, rigor and accountability to drive outcomes
- Propose and organize workshops when appropriate to gain alignment across business and technical groups to identify and resolve pain points
- Ensure role clarity across the project team and wider business for clear communication (i.e., ensure right individuals are in decision-making roles)
- Ensure timely and effective communication
- Facilitate access to immediate support on urgent and critical items
- Manage senior stakeholders in the EZRA Senior Leadership Team on program health, status, risks, decisions required, and escalation, as needed. Ensure communication is clear, elevated, and always provide risk mitigation.
- Connect the dots across related initiatives across the EZRA business that could have an impact with the system
- Technical and Product Expertise
- Understand all elements of the platform from CRM, PSA, FFA, including integrations with Admin and JDE
- Leverage foundational knowledge of Force.com to effectively communicate technical needs, understand new releases from Force.com and Certinia
- Leverage process and internal design authority to drive outcomes
- Establish and maintain a process, in partnership with LHH, for release note creation and distribution
- Accountable for organizing and collating all EZRA design requirements, enhancement requests, and bugs
- Monitor and prioritize EZRA backlog based on severity and impact
- Evaluate reporting capabilities and align dashboards and insights to needs of the EZRA Leadership Team to inform thoughtful decision-making
- In partnership with EZRA Tech team and LHH QA and BA teams, lead all UAT and End-User training
- Interface Between Business and Technology Teams
- Partnership
- Be the point of contact for EZRA on PSA Global partnership model between LHH and EZRA on process & tech changes for EZRA
- Be the point of contact for LHH IT to bring forward large process changes or enhancement ideas that will change PSA, and subsequently internal EZRA processes (Delivery, Finance).
- Own the EZRA big picture roadmap, set priority, troubleshoot, collaborate with LHH
- Partner with all functional stakeholders on an ongoing basis to assess business need and maximize the use of the system for each function
- Represent EZRA and its business needs in forums where cross-brand needs are being prioritized for development resource
- Processes
- Challenge EZRA to change process that will be better over time to align with a technological change
- Combine elements and processes of SFDC, Certinia modules (PSA, Acocunting, Revenue Recognition, Partner Communities, Analytics), and EZRA business processes.
- Lead triage efforts for effective problem-solving and work to reduce triage efforts and resolve issues proactively.

- Enablement & Adoption
- Partner with Enablement teams across the business to roll out release notes and showcase system improvements
- Create and maintain all training documentation and resources
- Develop a strategic and dynamic training schedule and approach to support employees and maximize system usage
- Constantly evaluate performance in the system, data hygiene, and adoption quality and accuracy
About You
You have:
- 5-7 years experience in an operational or project or product manager role
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience working on a Product team and strong technical acumen
- Experience in system implementation and agile product development
- Business analyst experience (translating business needs into technical requirements)
- Deep knowledge of platform components
- Deep understanding of platform design
- The ability to manage various cross-functional deadlines when working under pressure, and hold others accountable for timely deliverables
- The ability to build collaboration locally and globally
- Experience managing, influencing, and communicating with senior stakeholders
- The ability to consider big picture and small detail simultaneously with knowledge of business impact of decisions
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite of products, project management software, productivity tools, and user story management in ADO, Jira, or similar software
- Advanced Excel data manipulation, analytical, and reporting skills
- Data presentation and facilitation experience
